She has such pretty and yummy concoctions, and is one of the few friends I know who is serious about her passion, and has set out to achieve her goals!
She has accumulated much baking knowledge from experience, and here are just some of her recent projects:
This is the salted caramel cream cheese carrot cupcakes she made when we asked her to hold a mini baking class for us at Activate.
And of course, what's needed now is a pic of the beautiful baker:
More recently, she baked a 10 inch Chocolate Raspberry Cake upon request for the farewell celebration of a dear fried to our community... It was so yummy!
And of course, the birthday siblings had to ask her to bake their cakes for them, especially since they love her bakes:)
These were the cupcakes that made up Alison's cupcake tower.
Clockwise from top left:
Red Velvet, Salted Caramel, Peanut Butter Reese's, Jellyheart Cheesecake,
Beer Battered Maple Bacon, Carrot, Lemon Meringue, and Cinnamon Apple..
Am I making you drool already? :)
Also, for Stefan, what awaited him was an Oreo Cheesecake topped with rich chocolate ganache and more Oreos :)
Yumm yumms!
